How it works
From UK checkout to your front door
Here's exactly what happens at every step.
Create your free account
Sign up as an individual or business. You'll add at least one delivery address outside the UK — that's where we'll send your parcels. Then connect a payment card via Stripe; once it's saved, your personal UK address (with your unique suite number) appears in your dashboard.
Shop any UK store
Use your ShippingCentre address at checkout on Amazon UK, ASOS, John Lewis, eBay — anywhere that delivers within the UK. Always include your suite number so we can match the parcel to you.
Pre-register every parcel
This step is mandatory. Before a parcel arrives, register it in your dashboard with the retailer, tracking number and a short description of the contents. Pre-registered parcels are checked in fast; unregistered ones take longer to match and may incur a handling surcharge.
We receive and store
When your parcel arrives at our Edinburgh warehouse we check it in, weigh and measure it, and it appears in your dashboard as "Received". Storage is free for 7 days on the free plan, 14 on Standard and 30 on Business — perfect for collecting several orders before shipping once.
Optional: consolidate, inspect or return
Combine several parcels into one box to save on shipping. Ask us to open and inspect a parcel, or send one back to the retailer if you've changed your mind. Each service is a flat, transparent fee charged to your saved card.
Complete customs
Before anything ships, international rules require a customs declaration (CN22/23): a description, value and HS code for each item, plus an order confirmation or invoice. Our guided form makes this painless — or for £5 our team completes it for you.
Pick your shipping option
We fetch live rates from our courier network — DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail and more — and you choose by price, speed or tracking. The cost is charged to your card, we print the label, and your tracking number appears in the dashboard.
